This week was a snow week!! While we were snowed in, we were assigned to learn about our assigned topic that is related to community health, disease, and vaccinations. My disease was Varicella, or chickenpox. Our instructions were:

Create an 8 ½ x 11 infographic designed to educate the public on the importance of being inoculated for your specific condition. The info must include:
Name of condition / brief description of what it is
Name of vaccine (diseases it inoculates against)
Age for vaccination
At least 6 sections of data that may include these or others
Population at risk without vaccination
Age / Frequency
Gender
Race
Geographic
other
This is what my infographic ended up looking like ^^^
It was very stressful to put so much information into such a small page, but it was fun to make it cute while still informative. I was glad I got assigned something that I already had a lot of previous knowledge of, but it was still super interesting to learn all about it.
Other than that, we experience record snowfall in Mobile!

Heres my almost 6 foot snow man that took four grown men to build and stack onto each other (1 grown man passed out). Super fun experience and definitely something to remember!
