Head to Toe Assessment

Today, my patient was a white 14 year old female, Megan M. Her complaint today was a stomach ache.

To begin I checked vitals:

B/P: 117/73

T: 98.6*

P: 69

R: 17

Then, I moved onto her body assessment:

everything sounded normal and there was no drift with good arm motion and normal resistance. Now checking lungs, everything was good, spine was fine, respiratory was normal, and jugular was normal.

Face observation:

-pink lips

-jawline movement was good

-palish skin

-pupils dilate evenly
