Guest Menu (4/18-20/23)

Beginning on Tuesday morning, we began cooking and preparing a menu for upcoming guest. Guest from Springhill College were visiting to attend and assist the Biomed kids on their final presentations. We made wild rice and chicken soup. I learned how to cut up the chicken used in the soup while others shredded it. There is certain ways to cut the different foods and ways to make sure they are not contaminated between switching foods while cutting.
