Ms.McMullian is a pediatrician with a specialty in sports medicine. She works at USA but grew in Canada. She grew up a a figure skater as well as dancing, participated in track and field, and also rugby. She went to Emory University for her undergrad, then attended St.Georges University. Her residency took place at the university at Buffalo Pediatrics Residency and her fellowship at NYU.
At NYU, dance injuries are very apparent and the study of dance medicine becomes important. As someone who grew up figure skating and dancing, she enjoyed this field.
Patients in sports medicine include athletes, dancers, and performers.
She enjoys working with all of her patients but also loves the opportunities given to her while working in this field. You can work in a clinic setting, office setting, dance studio, preforming arts school, and more.
